What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

Avature is used to track applicants and positions generated by VMS and recruitment boards, and to register applicants and for training. Avature is also used to send bulk emails. It was quite useful to monitor all of the applicants who were in the application, interviewing, training, and ready-to-join phases, and we were able to issue invites via Avature. It aids in staying focused on the recruiting process at all phases. We are addressing tests and measurements with Avature, and by doing so, we better control the workload of our team-mates while also assisting them in achieving goals that benefit the entire business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avature is the most effective ATS solution. We utilize this software to generate kinds of entries for our organization's system including for employment generation. It's a rather simple tool. Everybody can readily comprehend the method, and it is user-friendly, which contributes to our company's success. It will establish a corporate system to keep the applicants and an employment database, and it'll be useful to deliver mass emails to the applicants. If applicants take the job, we will utilize it to arrange to onboard. It is simple to move applicants through various phases of the hiring cycle, to assess and monitor performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Update is required. Things will get a lot better with its most recent version. The only thing we did not like is that there were very few choices to tweak or make necessary in the software other than what's already there. Can't alter the condition when necessary and must file a ticket each time to rectify it on the backside. Also, achievement cannot be tracked month to month. Also, when we apply for an internal position, we should get a verification page once we submit our application. I don't recall getting that, where I had to wait for the response by email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it refers to data-driven recruiting analytics, Avature is the genuine thing. Excellent for handling referrals and corporate jobs. Strongly recommended ATS.

What differentiates Avature from other similar products?

Avature comes in handy to post jobs on all channels that your prospect might be using. It will get to the audience of your interest they will sign up or apply on your job with resume. You can start the process of hiring and the best thing is everything is in here. Lastly, you get to save all this data and use it for suture references as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ultra-modern way of hiring is now by using recruitment platforms like avature that helps to find the perfect match for your posted jobs and you will not be troubled with finding the right match all by yourself or by paying huge amount to ads, that surely worked but didn’t ensures what you will get.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This might be a good thing for some and bad thing for some others. You need to pay for the services you are choosing and you can only use those, if you want to use other services as well, you have got to pay for it. This can be troublesome at times but many people like it that way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works on pay and use plan. You need to purchase services and enjoy the benefits, if you like these kind of services it will be a blessing for you and you will be happily satisfied. Also, it is usually and mostly suitable for big companies to manage the hiring process in hassle free environment.
