Support is superb!

What differentiates AssetWorks FleetFocus from other similar products?

It is an out of the box solution, however, you really need a little help implementing. We had the full support package. As I said above, support was superb. I recorded the trainings and made it available to all users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For me, it was the ease of data integration. Having a QA site that the company maintained was a lifesaver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The admin/configuration of the product, but it wasn't too bad.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create a workflow with your implementation/sales person to make sure that the product is right for you.

The end user support was very good and the fuel management system was very useful.

The ability to manage inventory, fuel, maintenance schedules, everything related to fleet management.

Lack of customization, having to pay additional cost to utilize the full features of the product.

Take some time to fully learn the product and how it may be of use for daily functions and management of your assets.
