What differentiates Asigra Tigris Secure Backup from other similar products?

SaaSAssure backs up data from a ton of different SaaS apps and makes it really easy!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to easily backup data from apps like HubSpot and QuickBooks Online along with many others. And it really couldn't be easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm looking forward to seeing more apps supported and more customizations for the backups and restoration capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out, try restoring data if you can, and just thoroughly assess the products you are looking at, to where you feel most comfortable with the one you like best. Do not just use price as the determining factor. If you're going to pay to backup your data, be sure it's going to do what you need it to do, when you need it. Don't cut corners with backups.

What differentiates Asigra Tigris Secure Backup from other similar products?

They have an amazing backend support team and they are willing to reach out and assist more than other companies we use for backup solutions. Their sales and support team are outstanding and they are able to assist very quickly. The reliability of the data protection and encryption is top notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect is the availability of the admin console on the web. We like how we can manage and add backups from any machine. Restores are made very straight forward and the encryption on the backups keeps them secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price could be more competitive. We had to use the support team a couple times to add a backup as it would not always be recognized or have errors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look into all the available backup solutions that are out that and see which one is the best fit for you. Check reviews and industry scores and have your techs complete any training they can.

Backup Automation Solution automates backup, recovery and remediation tasks using RestAPI and CLI to integrate with 3rd party solutions, reduce cost and enforce standards.

Backup Monitoring and Reporting Backup and replication are continually monitored for status and effectiveness. Detailed reporting is available on successful and unsuccessful operations.

Virtual Machine Backup Automatically discovers and protects VMs as they come online, move, and change. Production VMs are replicated to a secondary data store.

Deduplication Implementation Deduplication of redundant data blocks is implemented by the solution. Deduplication can be at source, target, or globally (source and target).
