What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana makes it easier to move information, helps you find and fix problems faster, and makes it easier for everyone to work together.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a free software that allows to support multiple projects, flexible roles based on access control, news, document and file management; email notifications and supports different databases, etc. In addition, it includes Gantt Charts, calendar, forums per project. Its administration is quite simple and allows to establish workflows for better project management. It also allows integration with google, google calendar, dropbox and has extensions for Chrome.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very accessible, it saves all the information about the steps to be carried out in one place.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana, which offers an online organizer, which updates in real time, in which cards can be created containing the tasks to be carried out. A very versatile tool, very suitable for creating an environment where employees and management can keep abreast of the project's progress.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
One aspect that distinguishes Asana from other software is that it is more suitable for continuous work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this application, it allows access from the web application, and mobile options for iOS and Android, it is the best option to work our projects and process your tasks with work teams, it supports the structuring of work plans to distribute it as boards and promote planning, it is careful to reduce and shortcuts when working on the tasks and subtasks of a project delivered and distributed among those responsible, it allows to work and monitor the chain of tasks, visualize those that are finished and start the next ones, it facilitates having an overview of the start, end and delivery periods of requested services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It bothers me the export option is deficient, which aggravates this process a bit, the mobile application is limited to some functions, it is not so easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this option to schedule, project and structure the tasks and sub-tasks of each day in a project work plan, it is genuine to identify and detail in lists the preferences and pending to fulfill the requirements.
