What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is robust, deep, and can wallop a punch with project management. Timelines, workflows, calendar feets, Ghant views, and more.. Asana makes sure each user has everything they need to stay on task, be productive, and best of all: on schedule. What makes Asana different is the customization and scalability. Every company is different which means, different needs have to be met: this is where Asana stands out from the pack. They make sure each user can scale their own projects, products, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is including everyone I can on what needs to be done and remove them when something is complete. I also LOVE the ability to see everything from a bird's eye view and troubleshoot any problem areas within a project or product rollout.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the pricing and how the sales person wasn't that attentive to our needs. I did, however, get on YouTube and figured stuff out for myself. Additionally, Asana does have a good support team but the sales person was a bit off and kind of abrupt when it came to pricing and didn't work with us well. Anyways, that was one time and since using it, it's been great!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know your needs first. Asana is great for large teams with multiple moving pieces!

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The User friendly UI helps to easily use it from the day one, the tool can be introduced to the new employee/ new-joinee and he can pick it with minimal training required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The normal communication in our team used to be wayward, but with the introduction of Asana, it has become quite easy to track day to day deliverables.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost part of it is something for the finance team to worry about and apart from it the mobile version needs to be worked upon as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it if you want effective project management and product management.
