What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is an intuitive tool that doesn’t need any intensive coaching to be used. Making projects, tasks and subtasks and assign these to project member is that the simplest factor to do. This way you’ll be able to produce straightforward project or task lists with all the standing updates you need. And it’ extremely customizable for ones desires therefore asana doesn’t dictate what you need, however you can create what’s required for your own situation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the simplest features/functions of the system take plenty of time to create and a lot of effort to understand. It’s been a challenge on my behalf of me to find out even using the wiki/faq/kb however once I’ve mastered creating one thing it’s been an awfully helpful tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try the tool now and undergo the convenience of interface and integrations with alternative tools. Setup your 1st projects and start fixing tasks and assign them to others.

Asana is a great management software that makes it very easy for us to keep track of our projects. They make it very easy and flexible to collaborate with other teams. It becomes very easy to work with other teams to collaborate and work together with other teams. They have flexible organization and project parts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana makes it very easy for us to set up projects that are based on our pre-designed templates or our own templates. Their excellent task management features help us to keep track of everything that we are working on. They also help us to prioritize the important task so that we can accomplish them on time and make sure that they are done within the due date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana should add a feature of commenting on files in the app if someone uploads a pdf file or document that needs review then we have to download it, write the reviews, and then again upload it which is a quite time taking process. There is sometimes difficulty in exporting the projects although we can export projects through CSV but it is not an efficient way and needs much improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is recommended for all those who want to organize all their work in one place. We can easily keep a check on all the projects.

Asana assists us in staying on track with tasks. It also allows us to keep track of each other's work and identify possible trouble areas that might cause a project to be delayed. We are a tiny crew, yet we work well together. We have several communication channels, but Asana serves as our central repository for all tasks and demands, past, present, and future. Our team needs to spend more time unpacking all of the power in this application, allowing us to be more efficient and communicate more effectively.

Asana simplifies project management, it assists our teams in breaking down large endeavors into smaller, manageable pieces, all while assisting us in managing our time and staying on schedule. Asana is constantly adding new integrations and customer support tools. It's simple to add individuals and manage projects, and we're constantly unpacking all of the choices in Asana. It's a powerful and comprehensive tool that can benefit teams of all sizes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is excellent for our project management needs, however it is not totally straightforward in other areas. The linkages are not entirely straightforward, especially when a third-party resource like Zapier is involved. Automation is improving, but it is still not where we would like it to be in terms of project planning and work assignment. I'd really want to see improved Google Mail or Chrome integration because it's currently awkward.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is really beneficial to have a project manager managing all of your Asana boards and ensuring that everyone is set up for success. It outperforms all of the tools we discussed previously. Our team needs to spend more time unpacking all of the power in this application, allowing us to be more efficient and communicate more effectively. Instead of increasing slowly, I would advocate investing time and attention in setting up Asana from the bottom up, investigating connectors and automations/templates, and starting out on the proper foot.
