I wouldn't call it a full-service tool because I couldn't use it for teamwork or to manage threats and opportunities. But it's fantastic for sending to customers straight. I'd say go for it because of this reason.

The updating of the made block is the feature of Asana that I dislike the most. To add commentary, I can't just click the title but must instead navigate to the hidden description box.
