What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom fields that allow users to track important information to keep work visible to all. It lets teams add any data deemed essential to tasks and projects so stakeholders have a clean but complete line of sight on what is happening.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Options are always great, except when they aren’t. Asana has too many features associated with tasks. Because of this, it can make even simple tasks feel a bit overwhelming. Sometimes, less is more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana lets users invite others to their digital workspace. It also alerts collaborators when any changes are made to tasks within the program. The program also displays personal tasks to other team members and allows for comments on tasks. Asana is where task management and collaboration features meet.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is an excellent solution to project management are a system of extremely complete functions, it brings a grain of sand in every area of the company helping to manage everything from store developments to marketing campaigns that exist in our organization, it can be used on any device and keeps the company's productivity up, also making our employees much more productive in less time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Assigning tasks to different users is extremely easy which gives us much more time to focus on other operations in the organization. The user interface is quite practical and fluid which generates confidence in the tool. The drag and drop function is always one of the best in this type of management tools. Its availability on different devices makes it possible to use it from anywhere at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The service only works via internet connection, it is not a disadvantage as such, as everything nowadays depends on the internet, but we think there could be small offline functions. We would love to be able to export projects to other applications, but at the moment it is not possible, we think it could be a cutting edge feature in the long term. It could have more functions of the undo button, so we could save a lot of time in case of mistakes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a totally excellent and recommendable tool, one of the best that our company has used in this area, the cost is totally reasonable for the utility that Asana has, its mobile availability makes it a powerful and multiplatform tool that will take our business management to a new level of order and development. Asana is the excellent choice for any team that is requiring to improve and implement a new management system in any area of the company.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It works well in smaller teams and eliminates the need for Slack or email to collaborate. However, for larger teams collaboration may be difficult to keep track of

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is much better in terms of dealing with files, ease of use, and the many features and characteristics that it has. Also, I noticed that it does not consume much space on my device

What do you dislike most about this product?

Allow for users to select which notifications to receive vs. which do not. Use usage statistics to develop an individualized notification algorithm specific to each user

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's been really nice to tag someone in the task and ask for their review/approval. They can easily pop into the task, review, approve, and leave comments for us to review. It's sped up our process and eliminated drag in our organization
