What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I have used Asana for more than 5 years and i love how it makes my work more easier. It is a solid and exceptional tool for project and tasks management and it integrates with other available applications such as Gmail, Google Calendar which increases its performance. It is simple and very fast to create and schedule new tasks to colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Asana because it is my manager. I use it daily to organize and manage projects and it has never disappointed me. It's very easy and simple to install and set up. Also, availability of technical support team is an added advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the challenges we have ever encountered have been all resolved by their technical support team so no issues at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Asana for managing and organizing tasks and projects.

A good project planning and tracking tool

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It helps ease up the collaboration on vast projects and between multiple teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows users to document the entire project in one place. This includes documentation, daily progress, and adding relevant resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is cluttered and there are too many things happening at once.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is well suited to track projects during collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams where there are a ton of tasks with dependencies. It is very useful in tracking bigger projects that span for more than a month to view the entire life cycle of the project.
