What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana offers a wide variety of features that allow you to develop, monitor, evaluate, and complete projects with complete satisfaction. With its adoption, collaborative work has improved substantially, offering options to quickly attach files from Dropbox, Box or Google Drive. This platform makes it possible to highlight and share the progress achieved, but also facilitates the identification of critical nodes for rapid correction of any irregularity. In short, Asana is a platform that exponentially improves productivity, because it offers very useful and effective tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a great interface and is really easy to use. It is easy to create custom templates that adapt to the characteristics of our projects. Defining the start and end time of the tasks, helps to have a better control of the fulfillment of the project phases. It allows you to set those in charge of specific tasks, so that you are easily identified. It has the useful advantage of performing advanced searches. It has the tag function to group related tasks from multiple projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a learning curve, which can be reduced if you add documentation and it also needs to incorporate a quick access chat to communicate some detail in a simple and personalized way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the use of this very useful platform that guarantees effective project management, with the multiple functions that this dynamic platform offers.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
The speed of asana is the difference with other platforms, it performs updates in real time when we are commenting on tasks so that other users can see these updates in real time. Projects open on the established date thanks to Asana, there are never delays.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an intuitive and fast platform that speeds up the completion of tasks and projects, it has specific functions so that people can make comments on tasks so that others can see the updates in real time, I can also appreciate the keyboard shortcuts to optimize time of work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana is the tool for my entire team to optimize the work of projects and tasks, we know how to use this tool perfectly to achieve success, with Asana it is possible to save a lot of time and money, I like everything about Asana.

Tasks and projects are easier with Asana, I have been working with this platform for two years and we know how to use it, tasks are completed in the shortest time possible with Asana, I totally recommend it.
