What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

asana covers all the tools related to management of project which helps in time management and efforts too. asana proves to be very user friendly. It supports lists within lists. Great for small teams and there is a free option which is perfect for us. It also helps keep my inbox count low by letting me forward emails from my inbox, they automatically become tasks! Being able to color code my projects is also a huge win.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Although asana has great tutorial videos, the website is so intuitive that they are not necessary. Between the team calendar and the project tiles, it's very easy to get a quick, high-level overview of project statuses. The ability to drill down and see other team members tasks is also very helpful for managers. Our team is comprised of new staff and highly technical experienced team members, asana has been easy to adopt for all levels so far.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, I've had a very hard time finding anything. Sometimes managing people within the teams is hard, but there are solutions with the paid version. It does frustrate me a little bit that the notifications for the next day come in at midnight.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best project management application as it have all the advance and right amount of features, good performance, good UI for management of project. asana will surely proved to be beneficial for your business or company .

I think the cloud ability and flexible API is nice.

Its very simplistic, and not intuitive to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it but if you have used a robust product, you will not get it here.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

There are actually many similar products that have hit the market in recent years. I consider that it is basically based on the ease of adoption and use in the short term. We can start using Asana immediately with very little training or probably without any formal training. On the other hand, we can use templates to save a lot of time in parameterization, so currently, it is enough to make the decision and start immediately. What really makes Asana stand out is its platform support, which guarantees a robust tool that continually strives to increase value for customers and maintain high availability of the service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana has simplified the look and feel in recent years, incorporating new features and integrations with third parties, which has made it more popular every day. From Asana we expect 360 visibility of our projects so that each of the collaborators can know the overdue activities, their task lists, and the activities that are most critical and require immediate attention. The reporting module may be one of the most interesting to use, especially when we have clients who need to know the progress of the project. With the Asana reporting module we explore how to communicate status in a presentable and intuitive way, without wasting time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no negative aspects to report about Asana, in fact I find the Help module super interesting since it shows us the new things that have been incorporated into the tool, the tutorial videos, and access to the Asana academy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is definitely worth a try. There are other platforms that do not keep us focused and are difficult to maintain. With Asana we can start from scratch and implement activity tracking for an entire work team in a couple of days. It is very intuitive and its mobile version allows us to stay connected all the time.
