What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

asana’s clearer than excel for monitoring project budgets, with custom fields that log costs. it’s my ledger for financial oversight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i can add a “budget” field to tasks, tracking expenses like vendor fees. the portfolio view shows budget health across projects, flagging overruns. the google sheets integration exports data for deeper analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

no native currency conversion for global projects, which complicates tracking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for budget-conscious projects, asana’s fields keep spending in check.
