What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

For us as a company it is essential to use Asana as a project management tool for non-developers in our company. The design of the software is extraordinary in itself makes it easy to handle for anyone and does not take a lot of time to learn how to use it and trains other staff and is essential when it is being used with a team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using this software is effective when using it across multiple team members, departments, projects and clients means we can keep a large number of moving parts organized and moving in sync and task management, scheduling, materials management, Gantt charts and collaborations among others and is fully available for both browser and mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost assigned by the platform is not very reliable if when you have few team members such as 3 members may seem expensive, it is good depending on the capacity of jobs, it needs to improve its user interface to be at the height of other software that have similarity in the same field plus it is a bit complex to adapt to it in the beginning of using the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For us it was an opportunity and a great option for any team that manages multiple projects and pass files through a review process and use it without problems throughout the company in all departments and have separate spaces for each department that has your company or organization, we recommend it for the wide variety of departments that can be covered in this software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Plan every step and organize all the details of your work in one place. Quickly visualize where the job stands, identify next steps, and take concrete actions to stay on top of your tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You should be able to create custom date properties to better bookend a typical content production workflow. Can't use the service if there is no internet connection, I would like to add a service in case the internet is disconnected, this will give more power to the tool.
