What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With my team we use Asana every day for task management, both recurring and monthly. It's a perfect, central space where team members can see the whole process and stay on top of activities, whereas with other methods such as emails or without a place that we don't all have access to with the necessary tools to work as a team, it would be a disaster. It is much easier to use than other project management software, new members learn to use Asana quickly which saves me time in training. You can track different types of areas easily. It prevents tasks from getting sidetracked, increasing productivity and control over them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find no faults or disadvantages, with the services that Asana has provided me I have done well in my work environment.

Asana has many advantages, such as: It is affordable for everyone, I can access this software from my computer or from my cell phone anywhere else, it is very customizable in terms of its appearance, it works very well on both iOS and Android, and so on. And in terms of its main functions it is very good; it is timely in terms of reminders and notifications, it has a good user interface, it can handle large and small projects, it makes it very easy to organize activities and cooperation between teams. It is a flexible platform where you can upload images, text, links and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is affordable for its free version, but, once you require more performance it is clear that you must pay and with that I have no problem, but it has a slightly high price.

There is a lot of competition among task managers, but what I can say is that Asana is one of the best in the top. So I recommend it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana has an easy to navigate and intuitive user interface, it is a simple and effective way to connect multiple projects and be confident that members will reach the same goal. It makes the task delivery transparent, where you can monitor the process of each activity, know which ones are still in progress and which ones have been completed. It is very portable and versatile, I can access Asana from my pc or my cell phone. My colleagues can meet deadlines and due dates without any problem and in a more dynamic and entertaining way, since the workspace in Asana is colorful and has many collaboration tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is a good tool, but I find the option to attach images in the comments a bit clumsy, when you have many it seems a bit messy and difficult to know what the file belongs to. So I would like it to be more orderly and precise in that aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because it has a robust free version that encourages you to pay for more. Asana is a software that fits the needs of cooperative work between groups, I liked it very much from the beginning.
