Love how you can view your tasks in different views, like as a list or as a calendar. Have not seen that option with other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am a person that loves crossing off things on my to-do list, so I love being able to check that checkmark in Asana when done with a task and the rainbow unicorn goes shooting across my screen!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hate that I am not able to just duplicate an entire section, including all tasks, comments and documents attached. This seems like a simple button to include, but nothing done by Asana yet even though many people have asked for it in forums.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your to-do lists online and a great way for your team to work on projects together.

The project management software Asana gives us all the tools we need to keep track of our numerous projects and analyze their performance. The goal of any team leader is to have a tool that allows him to keep a close watch on the specifics of a project's execution. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since I work on many projects at the same time, Asana is a really important tool for every organization. It offers a very good calendar view that you can customize with different colors for tasks and projects. I may use the working calendars to re-arrange start dates, durations, and task finishes in order to integrate papers, reports, or e-mails into the plan.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dependencies connected to multiple endpoint NEW projects produced from the template project were a big concern when utilizing project templates with dependencies. As a result, our users were left in the dark, and we were unable to continue utilizing our native automation to assign the following task's due date. It Includes task management, reporting, and push alerts as well as a customer portal and collaboration capabilities. Also included are a mobile app and document management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great method to utilize if you want to keep track of projects or collaborate on them. Use this platform! We use Asana for a large number of projects, both on a team-by-team and company-wide level. Small teams can benefit greatly from the use of this tool, which promotes accountability.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Due to the contingency that we have been going through, I believe that Asana has been the best project manager that I have been able to use, for organizing my projects and scheduling all my tasks, it has allowed me to keep track of each of my projects , which prevents one of them from delaying it. I have been able to move forward AND be much more efficient in a business way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana has an excellent user interface, which makes it perfectly suited to anyone and any activity, it is excellent to be able to configure tasks and ask your clients and colleagues to participate in these projects, it also allows you to create different projects, and those project create tasks and subtasks for them, also creating a due date which allows you to keep track of the process of each task and each project, you decide if you want to carry out your projects as a board, calendar, schedule or list. Hacen is an excellent tool with which you can integrate documents, reports or emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to the many functionalities and tools that this project manager software has, there is nothing that I disliked, I think that it is excellent to use it in a business way, since it allows you to organize yourself in a better way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You are looking for a very complete software, Asana is the ideal, without a doubt it is the best project manager I have used. It has a free version, and with endless features that will help you with your projects and tasks.
