What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that there is both a mobile and web version. I like the well equipped free version. With this software, managing projects and tasks is easy. I like the easy communication and collaboration thanks to the many features of Asana

What do you dislike most about this product?

Flawless is the word. It's a perfect solution.

For better collaboration, best task and project management features, Asana is what you need.

Asana automates workflows and projects thus increasing productivity. Asana allows teams to collaborate effectively on projects and work assignments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease to plan,organize,create and assign tasks and projects. Ability to manage projects and workflows. Ease to monitor work progress. Ability to check status updates of tasks and projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced downside with Asana as it achieves all our organization requirements.

Asana is better tool for tasks and projects management. Again,it's reliable with team collaboration.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It's a business solution that can also be used for individual task management. It's easy to shift from a personal workspace to a business one. There are also a lot of small quality of life features that make using the platform generally pleasant without standing out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A flexible, easy to use tool that's great for remote teams to collaborate across multiple projects and tasks. We use it for tracking client requests, internal requests, short-term action items and long-term projects. I can assign a task to another team member and get updates as the task is moved forward and completed without needing direct follow-up. I can also keep apprised of what other teams are doing if they add me as a follower on their projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nesting beyond two levels can get difficult to navigate and I find I need to "favorite" every project I'm a part of to make it easy to find again later.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a use case before buying the product. It looks great and is easy to use, but without a clear plan using it will become simply another task for users to perform. By demonstrating how it enables work to get done more easily, user adoption will be better and the real work will get done.
