What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It's fantastic. I also like that I can choose how I want to see each project. Each task may be viewed as a list that can be checked off. A platform that is part of a certain group. Finally, we do have calendars and records, which are obviously useful in perspective of dated duties for the firm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Performance and work organization for the remote workforce" What I like regarding Asana is that I can have accessibility not only on my pc as well as on each of my gadgets, so everything is in sync. I have used asana to be structured in all facets of my company. It helps me stay organized for everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it produced a signal when I completed a task or alerted me of an upcoming event. Furthermore, the simplicity of color combination could be improved.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

This software has helped us to improve the dynamics at work, because assigning activities and tasks to the work team is easier and measuring their progress is simple. Communication is more fluid and we can see all the comments and comments left by the rest of the project members regarding an assigned activity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tasks are easier to understand and execute, since they are assigned to each employee when they are individual or to the work team when they are group tasks. The diagrams have been very helpful, we can see the progress we have made and if we are behind the established time to finish the task, this way we can speed up the work and finish it on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is annoying that some requests for activities and tasks do not arrive in real time, which makes us late with the start of the project and we must use other means for the start. These requests only arrive if you start the program and they arrive in the mail long after they have been assigned, which is a real delay for the project. Task comments also do not arrive in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent tool for remote work, because you can easily assign activities and projects to your work group online and monitor and know closely the progress of the activities. It has worked very well for the work we do, except for some details, we found this software to be quite complete.

The tool is simple reliable and effective for all users with integrated support from all major platforms. Chat options allows staff to communicate on the same channel with ease. Project templates are also available which allows easy customizability. But the main drawback is additional resource purchases which are charged despite of price paid for the plan.

A centralized work task manager which help you to connect with your remote and mobile teams to effectively communicate, plan and execute different projects. Team task assignment and progress reporting is available to all connected team member along with Chat Inbox and Status Updates. Integration options are available for Slack, G Drive, G mail, Outlook and Zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Free plan is available but resources are needed to be purchased for every individual attached to an organization. Storage space is also very low for regular paid plan due to which data need to be deleted. Delayed notification problem is also experienced with some devices and users.
