What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
1) Asana is having and Great User Experience and User Interface. 2) Easy to configure and start.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Asana is one of the best Task Management as well as product management tool. 2) File sharing on a huge level is an awesome feature. 3) Team Collaboration on a single project and task is very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) Price is a big drawback for even a small level team. 2) It would be great if there will be more customization features will be available. Otherwise, I am satisfied with what I am getting from Asana.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend Asana to them if you have very urgent requirements for the project, and task handling.

Asana is versatile and secure

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana provides secure storage of information, so for me, that was a big pro. It's very comprehensive and offers far more storage than other piers even in its free version. You can sync tasks with Outlook calendar. You can add images and store the same task in multiple projects with tasks, and subtasks. Love the mobile app, too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How versatile it is and that you can transform the view from board to list.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside for me is that it's not possible to share a board/task list publically for people to copy and use for themselves. There is an option with an external paid provider.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great tool for managing tasks and keeping track of projects' progress. Intuitive and easy to use, as well as secure.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It has an abundance of options for managing projects with more tasks and responsible parties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked that we could see who was assigned what and that when I completed a task, it would let the next person know that they needed to complete the next step.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was overly complicated for our practice. We spent weeks and weeks creating different work flows and it felt like we were spending more time creating an overly detailed to-do list that we were actually spending time on the tasks that needed to be completed. It didn't work well for a lot of employees and caused some in-office drama.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Only invest in this product if your projects really warrant such a detailed breakdown and/or you have a team of substantial size.
