One of the easiest setups of any product I've used

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Good feature set, very easy setup and not complex at all. Continual feature enhancement included in the price and rolled out into the subscription without any need to update or change the product setup.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Usability across the web client, desktop client is almost the same.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Triggers in Workflows could be better and include more options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at Asana before going to deep with other vendors. If you want an effective Task Management platform that is so easy to use most Sales and Admin staff can set it up, then it's probably not necessary to look at other more complex and costly alternatives.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana gives many features which other ticket management tool have not provide. Like we can make Agile framework with it

The favourite feature of. this software is that we can drag & drop the task and change its status
