I used Asana only, so can't tell about other products.

tagging each stakeholder to take action on particular task. milestones achieved after each task completion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
looks intimidating initially with lots of bars and boxes in front of you that leave you feeling confused what to do!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Got for it! Its the a perfect solution for project management platform where each task is clearly defined along with roles of each stakeholder.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Being able to see on a daily basis all of my tasks that are due or overdue and quickly being able to note down new tasks as I think of them
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My memory is all over the place, so Asana helps me to come into the office each day and feel organised
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have some tasks that are repeated weekly, and it would be helpful to be able to schedule them to reappear rather than date changing every week
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want your day to be easily organised, but you're not a visual person that needs boards and images, then Asana is perfect - I've gone from endless lists to just this one super helpful tool
