Asana is useful for us, it serves to direct and manage in a congregated and organized way all tasks and/or activities. It helps everyone to stay on the page, which is sometimes a challenge as a totally remote organization. This application has a Mobile and Web version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana Set tasks to other consumers is easy, taking into account the articulation of aspirations saves time and keeps the tasks set, it is possible to link it with Gmail mail and has task reminder, being an excellent tool to track progress by creating multiple tasks thus fulfilling the desired purpose.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There really are not many disadvantages, the truth is that it has certain limited functions, could be easier registration and configuration and its use is only is via Wifi, as a measure should improve clarity around the different levels of the Software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is a great tool to manage and carry out the most important projects when you need a simple solution. It is possible to form work teams. You don't need to reinvent yourself when setting up a new project, as you can start with a blank project in this application and you can choose from more than 45 templates, sections and custom fields.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana Rules feature is one which I found unique. we successfully have thoroughly taken advantage of this feature to automate routine project tasks. Leading to strategic time management and reduction of minor, repetitive project activities plus faster completion of projects obviously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

strong integration with other apps. we use in the workplace. We have leveraged this efficiently to automate specific in-house processes, leading to an improved work coordination across our various project teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

maybe because of the feature-rich nature of Asana, its user interface is very cluttered, making for a sometimes cumbersome experience.

Ideal for cross-team/ department project management work and collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Manage feature releases, product releases, and content calendar. Configuration and maintenance of collaborative projects. Ability to create checklists and mark tasks that have been completed. Work spaces. Effective cross-functional workflows. Available for free on Android and iPhone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Your price could be more competitive. The software is packed with features that require a learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana allows us to manage projects internally between teams and within teams as well. We can see and follow the progress and see what is missing, who is the DRI and where is something in the process. It's great for us to meet deadlines and improve efficiency and accountability within the organization with this tool.
