What differentiates Appian RPA from other similar products?

In our department we use this software to create the automations of our company. Its control panel allows us to easily monitor and manage the automations in real time. We can also manage and supervise our bots from this software, in its automation control panel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is cloud-based and has a large size that supports all the automations of our bots and processes, being able to monitor, manage and distribute them, without complications of space from the control panel. The software is very secure, we researched and it is backed by soc II type 2 and they are associated with aws, so we are reassured that our data, codes and automations are safeguarded and secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have only been using the software for a short time and so far we have not faced any major obstacles. I will only comment that the installation and configuration process of the different software integrations took longer than expected, but we solved it with a little patience. But overall an excellent software for the automation of our work processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Appian is more suitable for those who do not have a large number of users. The reason is its cost. We can use this platform to have an application within the organization. We can also develop backend systems in Appian for public applications. For a public application, the user and login costs can make it a very expensive application.

What differentiates Appian RPA from other similar products?

It it pretty easy to learn and create bots without having to write a line of code. It comes with a variaty of built-in connectors to integrate across apps. Very easy and fast to deploy bots to production.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows to reduce repetitive tasks in your company 20x times faster than other RPA products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could have more improvements in terms of integrating a more advanced AI and ML for the bots you create.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Appian RPA allows you to automate almost any process in your business. To me is one the easiest to learn and use RPA platforms right now. It quickly automates and add value to your business. It also gives you all the flexibility you need to scale and improve your processes within your entire company.
