What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

Well, we were looking at other options before acquiring Apollo, like RocketReach and Snov.io, but we finally decided to go with Apollo because the contact info is just way more accurate. We saw case studies where no other lead scraping app could find contact info, but Apollo actually did it. The other thing that gave us that 'this is it' moment was how Apollo natively integrates with HubSpot. The 'push contact to HubSpot' option is a total game-changer; it saved us so much time. It used to take us almost a month to get 900 high-quality contacts, and now we do that in way less time—plus we're getting their phone numbers too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Waterfall enrichment and the AI context integration—plus being able to create search lists based on all that—is definitely helping us find a faster, more effective way to build prospect lists. We’re almost done setting up the whole process, and once it’s ready, I’m sure we’ll be scaling up GoToTruckers’ lead gen. It’ll even be automated thanks to the Apollo and HubSpot API access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’d say the platform has so many features and tools available that it can be a bit overwhelming at first. You really need a full day just to dive in and understand how everything works to get 100% out of it. Also, the support from the Apollo team wasn't great when I tried it; the person who helped me didn't really provide any solid solutions or use cases that actually fit our company’s needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Seeing how Apollo is growing and how well it integrates with other tools, I can honestly say that if it’s not the best tool for lead intelligence, it’s definitely in the top three. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to scale their outreach.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

It stands out because it combines B2B data, Outreach, and sequencing in one platform so i don’t need multiple tools. The database is huge and frequently updated especially for emails and direct dials.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What i like most is how quickly i can go from finding a lead to reaching out. The build in sequences saves a lot of switching between tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data accuracy can be hit or miss in some regions or smaller companies. The UI can feel slightly cluttered when managing large lists.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always verify key contacts before high value outreach. I would also recommend it if you want an all in one outbound setup without stacking multiple tools. Works best when you define your ICP clearly and use filters properly.
