What differentiates Apica Ascent from other similar products?

Apica Ascent offers a newer, more user experience-focused way to do load testing. Many would be aware how New Relic strongly underlines application performance analysis with which we often cause a trouble with an excess of metrics in a confusion on practical usage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is a lynchpin in our monitoring approach because it enables us to identify issues proactively and address them before the user experience degrades. I like it because this has helped in identifying the service drops, odd latencies and response time failures, which are key to keep customer satisfied and operationally running.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Subscriptions get much, much more expensive as an organization gets bigger so you have to check in on your ROI pretty regularly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Apica Ascent is easy to use and provides advanced features but the initial learning curve can be problematic. Support provided by customer service, that inside will assist in getting users out of the software to provide training on maximizing experience with software
