I don't really have any specifics, but mostly just to play around with it and find out how to make it best work for you.

What differentiates Blackboard Learn from other similar products?

I have found the layout very easy to navigate for a new user like me. Also the whole theme has a friendly feel to it. I have used it many times and have never been intimidated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you store a certain course in your repository it does not get off from there. This is a good thing since anyone who is new to the company can use it for learning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the search option is not integrated very well. You might be ending up searching by yourself but that only helps you to learn more. The software also can take a little too much time to load at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just improve the speed. Improve the search functions. The layout is fantastic and I am liking it.

What differentiates Blackboard Learn from other similar products?

Blackboard LMS Platform is differentiated from other similar products by its interface, which can be confusing and difficult to navigate for both instructors and students. The platform also lacks customization options, making it difficult for our energy company to adapt it to our specific needs and workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite aspect of Blackboard LMS Platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of reliable and efficient support is the aspect I dislike the most about Blackboard LMS Platform. The platform often experiences downtime and technical difficulties that disrupt our ability to deliver courses and track student progress. Additionally, the support team is often unresponsive and unable to resolve issues in a timely manner

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would not recommend Blackboard LMS Platform to someone in the energy industry. The platform's limitations and difficulties far outweigh any potential benefits. Instead, I would suggest exploring other, more reliable and customizable options.
