What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?

The data reliability is really good, I can tell that aginst competitors they are one step ahead in this area, however the price not sur is worth it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implementation, my team was able to use the API and Flutter SDK pretty easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is really high, we changed our provider due to the high cost of the tool

If you have the money to pay, go ahead and use it, is really powerful tool

What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?

Their dashboard was very nice, intuitive. Available reports were clear in their value. Not sure how this compares to the competition, but I have to believe they're highly competitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was able to observe and report on millions of navigation clicks from our users, not by name but by unique ID. This allowed me to report on very specific requests from stakeholders, which allowed them to make strategic decisions about future enhancements to our platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The primary negative about the product is that it requires extensive technical resources to implement and to maintain. In our case the implementation occurred over several weeks, several years ago. To enhance this work we would have needed to re-deploy developers, which was not feasible. It also meant that any new capabilities - create since the original Amplitude API was developed - could not be reported on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have ample technical resources to implement the tool, AND to maintain it over time, it really is an excellent tool for analytics and reporting. But if you're not confident you'll be able to maintain that internal technical support, you might want to consider alternatives.
