What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?

I haven't used similar tools to the product analytics so it's hard to say. Amplitude was recommended to us by our consultant and we're really happy about using it. It's really really easy to implement and use without training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's so easy to configure and customize the conversion funnel. Preparing the dashboard I need, takes me less than 5 minutes, what's super important during the meeting when somebody asks about some numbers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can find. I really love Amplitude.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the free version at the beginning and check if Amplitude works for you.

What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?

Anytime I have a question (even the tiny and silly ones), Amplitude support team always take care of it. Also, I remember lots of time thinking "I wish there was this feature on Amplitude" and a month later, it was there. They always know what their user, us, need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of creating funnels, dashboards and to be able to filter whole dashboard. It helps to save soo much time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing have in mind actually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I haven't use Amplitude for a web product, but for a mobile app I would definitely recommend using it. You can track any action of a user you want, you can create funnels for your happy paths, create cohorts out of the drop-offed users (make mailing to them...) etc. Have great features in total.
