Quicksight is easy to use and set up though it doesn't provide varied extent of features as other BI tools.

Ease of use Overall Cost (it is Usage based)

What do you dislike most about this product?

User experience is a trouble. This part really needs refining.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider a BI product based upon your organisations needs rather than products features/capabilities. If your organisation needs a simple BI tool majorly for reporting and governance. This is a go to tool for you. If your usage is going to be incremental/periodic again this is a go to tool as the pricing is usage based. If you are looking for beautiful/Complex dashboards/ basic ETL inside BI tool then Quicksight is not a recommended tool.
