What differentiates Amazon ElastiCache from other similar products?

High availability and operational overhead . We dont need anyone manage these clusters we have .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are not burdened to manage our redis cluster , thats my fav aspect of using AWS Elasticcache

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing like that , may AWS can introduce auto scaling feature , but not something necessarily needed for us now

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Easy deployment 2. Free oneself from managing the clusters 3. Encryption at rest 4. Simple to integrate with workloads
