What differentiates Amazon EC2 from other similar products?

They differentiate Amazon EC2 against its rivals by offering the flexibility of prices where you only pay for resources consumed; integration with other AWS services which enables it to offer a comprehensive and flexible environment; potent instance personalization that enables you to personalize settings based on other project requirements so as to guarantee maximum performance. The combination of these two distinct features makes teams find it easier to deploy and manage applications in a functional manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Amazon EC2 that I use in my organization is aimed at streamlining the development and deployment procedures. Some of the business concerns that this Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) service grave are scalability and cost effectiveness of the operations. It gives us the ability to request instances of virtual servers on the fly, and this is essential to our business, particularly during periods of high loads. The principal application scenario lies in the domain of agile construction and governance of the web applications needing fluctuating resources

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though the documentation is vast, at one time or the other, it may be found excessive such that it may be hard to locate some information with respect to changing requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have had a really favorable experience with Amazon EC2 on the whole. Our capability to be able to scale our computing resources nearly real-time has brought a lot of cost savings as well as time savings.

What differentiates Amazon EC2 from other similar products?

Deep integration with AWS resources. instance variety, Scalability and elasticity with Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) and Elastic IPs, making dynamic scaling simpler. Good pricing plans like Reserved Instances , Dedicated etc. High Availability and Fault Tolerance

flexibility and scalability

What do you dislike most about this product?

EC2 setup requires understanding of networking (VPC, subnets), storage (EBS, snapshots), security. Sometime high bills due to unused EBS volume
