What differentiates Alteryx from other similar products?

Trifacta is a useful tool for data analysis and data preparation that is quick and easy to use by users of any skill level. Unlike other competitors, the system is completely in cloud. No installation required, possibility to share work on any device. One feature that I appreciate most during my use of Trifacta is the ability to see in real-time the projection of the transformations I am doing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity and speed of analyzing many amounts of data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular but they could add the possibility of recovering data deleted by mistake

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trifacta provides a demo that allows you to evaluate the product, just try it.

What differentiates Alteryx from other similar products?

Very friendly to use, very robust to handle high volume of data including a very complete data profiling artifact at the end of processing enabling data scientists or analysts to immediately take decisions about that dataset. The summary for each column is algo a very good assistant with wrangling suggestions to facilitate the data engineering.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly for analysts and data engineers, the visual part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing and connectors

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are too small, reconsider. If you are med-big company and have complex data pipelines to be built, go ahead and buy it.
