What differentiates AlertMedia from other similar products?

Very customizable with the message and type of communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that users can text back to the emergency alter text

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could be our end, but only works for people who change their HR info to say "mobile" number, if they list their number as a "home" number the system wont send it alerts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth it and makes emergency management easier and safer
