What differentiates Akeneo Product Cloud from other similar products?
They are amongst the most well known PIM solutions and always innovating with a rapidly accelerating roadmap that is keeping up with the also rapidly accelerating AI/Agent industry.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The strong direction but agility to pivot when needed. Learning to use this software is not a risk, as the methods do not change with new functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The renewal process can be a bit opaque, especially for businesses who do not clearly fit the typical user model or ROI calculations - so be prepared to come with your own numbers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Carefully choose the components/package you need and ensure implementation and fundamentals are sorted before considering add-ons.
