What differentiates Aha! Ideas from other similar products?

strong integration between feedback and how the product works, especially in conjunction with Aha Roadmaps

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the ability to create multiple idea portals and how you can adjust the audience settings

What do you dislike most about this product?

the Kanban style views of the information received, the formatting always goes weird on my end of the system which leads to constant refreshing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an amazing product if you are looking to hear back from your consumer base to hear ideas that you can add to your roadmap, but it is part of a larger ecosystem of tools that can make it difficult to work with unless you have the whole suite
