What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Salesforce Training resources are easily available which is cost effective. Salesforce TrailHead program is outstanding and it helps to train engineer with minimal cost.

Integration with various system and well thought architectural patterns for various use cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Ingestion can lead to lot duplicates and subsequently other issue. If you are customizing you need expert consultants's services.

Integration with other programs like Front, Wingman, Conga Documentation, Salesloft, etc., is relatively simple. Enables the tracking, sharing, and using of data and comments for sales and problem-solving scenarios. For businesses dealing with enormous amounts of data, Salesforce is incredibly helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to its opportunity Management feature, we can obtain a thorough image of our team's deals. We may quickly view the stage, the products, the rivals, quotes, and other data. We can follow our leads from click to close while continuously adjusting our efforts across all channels. The contract section is well orderly and structured; the high degree of detail provides a thorough understanding; the system of folders and subfolders is quite helpful, and the Chatter system is simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The management of all fields, all apps, etc., can become difficult due to flexibility, customizations, and adaption. In actuality, user onboarding has been more challenging than anticipated. Although it is not a technical problem, the product provider should provide better help. Cannot connect to any other systems without updating to a different program.

Businesses of all sizes may manage Opportunities and Activities in a productive and business-focused manner with the help of the salesforce sales cloud. The approach benefits firms and offers a quick return on investment. It has excellent integration skills. It's simple to utilize the application.
