Adobe Connect offers the opportunity to have the most efficient communication solutions for the company, using the most innovative technologies of video conferencing, integrated voice conferencing, shared desktop, chat and others. The integration of all the communication mechanisms of Adobe Connect has generated a comfortable and productive experience in our company. Implementing Adobe Connect saves time and speeds up the decision-making process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up communication rooms is a breeze with the wide variety of templates it features and theme-adaptable visual customization. Provides the useful option to create and share data and information with topic-specific chats. It allows communication in real time, regardless of where they are in the world. Meetings can be held with the utmost security and privacy. Provides the option to customize access control and control who is allowed to post.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initial setup could be easier. Although it is easy to use, it needs a bit of training to get the hang of its features and updating can be tricky at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend implementing this platform which is very easy to use and has many excellent management tools that provide greater communication capabilities.

No client empathy, historically amazing product!

What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
This is my favorite of all of the webinar platforms, the features, the integration, the control and the customization its all beautiful to me...but something happened in their transition to HTML5. This program, once it's stable again, will be my favorite...but my clients have been burned by it before and have opted to use zoom and I've sadly had to follow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customization is amazing, you can make this system your own, it's very easy to white label and to create an deep learning experience. The learning you create also doesn't disappear, once you create the program and layouts, they are always there, and just need to be reset. I love the templates, the deep interface, the interactivity, and there are enough features to overwhelm the facilitators, so the producer can control everything, my dream come true.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This was a flash based application, and in their updates to html, something happened that destabilized the system These kinks had worked themselves out, and I'm sure it now works well, but my clients had moved on, so I let my license expire. There was no championing of my history to bring me back, no calls to connect and find out why a subscriber for 4 years was moving on...just simply quick (3rd party emails) trying to see if I wanted to renew. I would send responses with my concerns, but heard nothing back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Investigate the platform, get a demo, get a refund policy built into your contract. If you get this system to work well, then it'll be the best one on the market. You'll need learning design professionals to are experienced to help implement it, but it's worth that cost.
