What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
I am not sure what the real advantages there are over other Cloud systems. We decided to switch to Acumatica in 2019 and have been very happy with our move. I have no need to look over the fence to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am very happy with the ease of use. It does take a little time to learn the "Logic" of the software, but that is true of all software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like more built in, simple reports. I don't need to be building and setting up templates, there are basic reports that should be integrated into the system from day 1.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend getting in front of the software and playing with it. Any dealer should be able to give you ample time to play with a "Live" sandbox version. The other thing - It works. Accounting and other things do need to be set up, but put that out of your mind, It Works. Play with it to see if it is comfortable. Like buying a car - Do you look to see if the engine has valves and fuel lines? No, you get in and take if for a spin. Kick the Tires of Acumatica and trust that the software works.

Cloud-based from development. User driven updates. Customizable. Excellent choices of 3rd party integrators.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to data-mine within the platform, but easy enough to work with the data in a spreadsheet as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some features/enhancements that are in the development pipeline that aren't available yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be specific about WHY you are considering leaving your current solution. Be open to utilizing new capabilities. Don't bring your current problems and constraints to Acumatica.
