What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Acumatica provides business resources for small and medium sized businesses worldwide. From the online balance sheet of various companies to a complete aggregation of ERP solutions. Its means include: finance, distribution, processing, e-commerce. It works with primarily mid-sized companies in the distribution and retail sectors, as well as most professional services, production, repair and non-profit companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use, affordable, has an excellent overall accounting system, has expense reports provided by a smart phone, can organize document images, also contains a tally tracker as it is useful to be able to progress in expense condition taking into account individual requirements accommodating a total, with respect to reporting and valuing the ability to achieve a standard report, saving time and money.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The CRM module is very basic, it can be a bit complicated to navigate at first, the report design is a bit clunky. A good option would be to allow case tracking by congruence, in addition to business accounts, this would approve a more timely scope of complications and/or related with defined opportunities. Functionalities are conditional, hence requiring access to a desktop or laptop to create some entries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The user interface sufficiently easy and intuitive with usual particulars throughout its scenario, providing training for users new to the system. It is beneficial for a marketing trade. The particularities and functionalities such as multi-currency, assignment of securities; allows full integration. It can be customized for any business. Certain lucrative methods are a bit more complex to customize, but essentially, everything has a solution.

Acumatica Cloud ERP is not a modern technology but also provides a unique combination of technological flexibility, industry-specific compliance and seamless interconnectivity for all operations. It's built with AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, all of which offer more significant insights into data than ever before
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface of Acumatica Cloud ERP is streamlined. Everything on the screen is visible at once instead of being split across multiple windows. This makes it easier for employees to be productive right away instead of having to figure out the system over time
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface should have more personalization features that would allow me to hide features that I don't use. There are some entries that can only be created using a desktop or laptop so the mobile functionalities should be improved to match those of the desktop version
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Acumatica Cloud ERP can be tailored to meet customers' specific needs to be adapted quickly and easily without the need for time-consuming customization

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Acumatica ERP solves the issues with paying per user by basing costs on overall usage. This way, instead of arbitrarily paying for users who may not even access the system often,our costs only increase when our business is actually growing
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The solution is powered by machine learning which transforms manual processes into automated workflows. Acumatica ERP also reinforces team mobility as it comes with a native mobile app for iOS and Android, which gives us remote access to our ERP data
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only and biggest downside of Acumatica Cloud ERP is thag if the internet is down there is no way to gain entry to the ERP. The creation of the table joins has been quite tedious
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the size, financial situation and structure of your business, Acumatica Cloud ERP can offer phenomenal value. If keeping operational costs down to a minimum is important to you, the Acumatica Cloud ERP should really appeal
