What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
The sheer amount of customizable features. We were able to customize Acumatica to flow effortlessly with our business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ways that it presents different aspects of the business. There are multiple reports (customizable) that show information clearly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mark up structure. We pay for a third party to be able to add a margin via percentage. I would imagine that this method is most common and that it should be included with Acumatica.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be very organized upon implementation. Like anything, you will only get what you put into it out of it. Have and relay a clear vision on how you want the system to work within your business.
