What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

Product is intuitive, and cost effective. Users can easily navigate and understand what they are looking at.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Some of the reporting just isn't what we are looking for. There is a nice dashboard view though.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting, it would be ideal if we can pick and choose what we want to report on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest going for it, but maybe having a backup reporting plan.
