What differentiates Action1 from other similar products?
Action 1's third-party patching is its defining feature. It is more comprehensive than standard Windows Updates and fixes any and all security holes in the program. By using such a comprehensive strategy, we can reduce potential security threats, and not just with respect to Microsoft products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The adaptability provided by Configurable Patch Policies is fantastic. With Step 1, we can modify our patching strategy to meet the needs of our organization. This allows us to plan when to deliver updates so they don't interfere with normal operation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While the Action1 App Store offers a wide variety of apps, our company occasionally needs a specialized app that is not available on the Action1 App Store. Action1 improves our patch management procedure despite this small drawback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The implementation of Action 1's patch management software was a major turning point for our IT department. The easy to navigate user interface was the first thing I noticed. I had no trouble finding what I was looking for in the program and never felt lost. It greatly simplified the patch handling method.

Action1 is perfect for remote desktop connections

What differentiates Action1 from other similar products?
I tried quite a few things, and they all had their advantages and disadvantages. Through the Spiceworks network, I was introduced to Action1, and it didn't take long for me to realize that this was the solution we needed. With Action1, I was able to add a fantastic collection of tools to my repertoire and rest easy knowing that I had satisfied the "update" requirement of the FTC standards.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Action1 RMM's many benefits include its low price, ease of deployment, and intuitive administration interface. However, there are varying needs from company to company. One of my stars may be one of your lowest. In order to finish the evaluation on your own time, you can sign up for a free trial account and try out the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have any complaints. While the remote desktop capability might use additional expansion, it serves its primary purpose adequately. Other than that, I regret not having heard of Action1 sooner. If if it were as simple for our MacOS machines.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For companies with fewer than 100 computers, it's completely free. IT staff can initiate a remote session with little effort. To grant IT access to the remote machine, the user need only click a "agree" button. It's also simple to check the connectivity status of any and all gadgets.
