What differentiates Acterys from other similar products?

Our goal was getting Xero data into a refreshable database. Other vendors offered highly customized and unclear plans, whereas Acterys was mostly a matter of signing up, configuring a few items, and actually utilizing the process quickly and painlessly without an IT professional on our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Meeting our need in a simple way - working out of the box without a highly technical specialist required

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any significant complaints - I'm happy we got what we wanted

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider learning about the functionality of the product - we haven't taken the time to become educated on many of the standard features for planning and write-back
