What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
It’s one of the few platforms that lets me deliver backup and cybersecurity as a bundled service to my clients, all through one portal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The multi-tenant management dashboard is a lifesaver. I can manage updates, alerts, and backups across all clients easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there’s a learning curve for customers with limited IT knowledge — especially around interpreting threat reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of Acronis's training materials. Once you're familiar with the platform, it becomes a strong value-add to your service offerings.
