Combines backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity (including ransomware protection) in a single platform, eliminating the need for separate solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is its all-in-one integration of data protection and cybersecurity. The ability to have backup, disaster recovery, and robust security (including ransomware protection) all in a single solution is incredibly valuable. This integration not only simplifies management but also provides a higher level of protection across endpoints, making it more efficient and effective compared to using multiple, disjointed tools. The centralized management portal further enhances this by providing a unified view, making it much easier to monitor and manage everything from one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud does not have native integration with Oracle RMAN (Recovery Manager), which is a widely used tool for backup and recovery of Oracle databases. This means that for organizations relying on Oracle RMAN to manage backups and data recovery, it may be necessary to use a separate solution or a manual process to integrate both platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a mixed IT environment (Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices), Acronis provides seamless cross-platform support, which can simplify data protection across different systems. However, if your infrastructure is heavily based on Oracle or other specialized platforms, consider how Acronis integrates with your existing tools (e.g., RMAN for Oracle databases) before making a decision

What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
It’s cool because you don’t need a bunch of tools — it does backups, antivirus, and software patching all in one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The backup part works really well. I restored some files after an incident and it only took a few clicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has so many settings that I got confused at first. Took me a while to figure everything out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the basic features and learn step by step. The help guides are actually helpful.
