Its cheaper and comprehensive. Simple licensing based on number of device or based on size of data. Tech Support is big issue.

The team. Vendor/Reseller management is unprofessional.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every organization must have backup to important data. Acronis is good for this and offers multiple security features at highly competitive price.

Helps to take my critical data over the cloud without much hassle and with good reporting on backup failures and warnings..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Backup & recovery part, mail notification for backup job status is easy to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Endpoint protection and cyberfit score. DR is too confusing. not an easy option to support 3rd party storages like S3 or blob storage..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best product for basic automated backup on cloud or local storage with cloud manageability.
