What differentiates Acronis Cyber Platform from other similar products?

Acronis stands out with its combination of backup, cybersecurity and endpoint management into a single console, so you don't need to go searching for various vendors if you don't want to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite bit is the single console architecture. Having everything in the same place makes things much simpler for MSPs and reduced agent conflicts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The bit I don't like is some parts of the automation which aren't unified yet. The RMM capabilities don't have complete API coverage yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend understanding your automation needs first. Acronis is strong when you fully utilise its unified agent and APIs, so it's good to plan the rollout with that in mind.
