What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

I haven't used many products like 3CX but this one is the best of the bunch. I can use my bluetooth keyboard to dial and call and it just connects to my desk phone. Love that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamlessly connects between desk phone, computer, and mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything yet!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a demo, try it, I think you will be pleased!

Flexibility, can be hosted in cloud or on prem on various hardware. Can use multiple phone vendors.

They offer free trials (even with hosting included) so just give it a go.
