What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

3cx allow us to provide our workers with ability to call in house from remote location with its excellent mobile app that works on all platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The admin dashboard for configuration is very easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no regrets at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a VoIP set up. Very easy to configure and use, Covers a large range of VoIP Phones for easy deploying.

What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

Cisco products are junk compared to this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cross platform integration is something that just works. Compared to other solutions I've used in the past, 3cx is almost always easier to manage phone calls and messaging from a business phone standpoint than any other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I didn't have to use the webapp to view pictures on desktop, but that's my biggest gripe.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a phone system that's easy to learn and deploy, 3cx should definitely be considered first.
