Realistic response with timely replies. Good understanding of the query. Generative ai features is available. We can integrate to CRM software. Campaign management features is helpful in performing pools. A virtual agent tool with many productive features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Understand the query quickly and provide appropriate reply. The first level of query can be attended and managed this chat bot. Generative AI enhanced the understanding the query and give replies appropriately. The UI/UX is simple with necessary graphics. We can conduct a pools with the help of campaign management feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reply and response time need to be optimised. Generative AI is good but it consumes some time to generate response. Optimisation is required in analysing the user query.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great virtual agent chat bot. Customer services is good the user can relay on the response centre solution for any issues. The response and replies are appropriate to the query of the user. Chat bot with generative AI enhanced the experience of the user.
