SoftwareReviews names ManageEngine Desktop Central, IBM Control Desk, and CA Asset Portfolio Management among IT Asset Management Data Quadrant Award Winners.

ManageEngine Desktop Central, IBM Control Desk, CA Asset Portfolio Management, and ManageEngine AssetExplorer are the 2021 IT Asset Management Data Quadrant Gold Medalists. 
 
TORONTO – June 29, 2021 – SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its2021 IT Asset Management Data Quadrant Awards, naming four vendors as gold medalists. The following vendors are leaders according to the feedback provided by their end-users via SoftwareReviews’ comprehensive online survey. Vendors are rated on product features, vendor capabilities, and the relationship with their software partner:

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different?   
The study involves gathering intelligence on user satisfaction with both product features and the experience with the vendor. Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product – all from the software users’ point of view. ManageEngine Desktop Central, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +79, exceeding user expectations in software recognition library to enhance recognition of installed packages. IBM Control Desk received a Net Emotional Footprint of +83 and ranked strongly on ease of customization.CA Asset Portfolio Management, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +81, performed well overall, particularly in analytics and reporting. ManageEngine AssetExplorer, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +80, had outstanding performance in software usage metering, which includes out of the box support for software usage tracking to identify heavily used and unused areas. 
 
In general, IT Asset Management users were most satisfied with ease of IT administration and most dissatisfied with complicated customizations and integration processes.
